By providing payment information, you authorize Nightpulsegrid to charge the applicable fees and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Services.

11. Delivery and Cancellation

Nightpulsegrid will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. You may cancel your order before it is dispatched to a driver. Once a driver has been assigned and is en route, cancellation is not possible. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact customer support. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
